Play Group

The thing about baby play groups is that you never know what is going to happen. A kid may have a meltdown and force an early departure. The kids could have a blast playing together, rolling around and all, only to later find out that one of them had a bug and they all end up sick 3 days later. Well, this week's play group ended up being a play group of one.

Sunday morning we got a call from one kid's mother saying that they wouldn't be able to make it because the little boy went down for his nap later than normal. Then Linda and little Cleo came over to play, but Brady was asleep too! We put him down at his normal 9:30am time, but he decided he would just play around in his crib for 90 minutes before going to sleep. So he missed play group too. But Cleo had fun and impressed us all with her dexterity and curiousity.
