Sitting up tall

On Sunday Brady showed us his latest trick - rolling from his belly to his hips and then up onto his butt and into a sitting position. The pictures below capture the moments after he got up for the first time. I should be a photographer for the National Enquirer - always there, always with a camera in hand....

Surprised that he was upright rather than on his back, Brady had to find his balance...

Then he realized he was up and safe....
...and was very proud of himself (as were we)

Unfortunately right after his 30 second celebration of smiling and giggling, he then fell backwards and cracked his head on the hard floor behind him (note he's sitting on the edge of his playmat). He still has to learn when he's wearing his helmet and when he's not. He has a nice hard head though, so no damage done. :)
